What is the Imperial Treasure Club?
Imperial Treasure Club is a cardless loyalty programme that allows members to enjoy exclusive privileges and rewards whenever they dine at any participating Imperial Treasure restaurants.

How do I become a member of Imperial Treasure Club?

Alternatively, you can sign up at any participating Imperial Treasure restaurants.

What are the fees to become a member of Imperial Treasure Club?
The membership fee is S$88 nett.

How do I pay for the membership application?
For sign ups at the participating restaurants, payment can be done at the counter. For online sign ups, payment can be done using Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, eNets and Amex (coming soon).

What is the validity of the membership?
The membership is valid for 12 months from the month of sign up. E.g. If the registration is made on 17 August 2016, the membership will expire on 31 August 2017.

Where can I check the expiry date of my membership?
You may log in to the member portal to check the expiry date of your membership.

What is the minimum age that I can apply as an Imperial Treasure Club member?
Customers need to be above 18 years of age to apply as an Imperial Treasure Club member.

Where do I update my personal particulars?
To update or view your personal particulars, please log in to your account via the members’ portal at members.imperialtreasure.com

How do I check my i-dollars, e-vouchers and other rewards?
You may log in to members.imperialtreasure.com to check your membership privileges and rewards balance.

What if I forgotten my password?
To reset your password, visit the members’ portal at members.imperialtreasure.com and click on “Forgot Password”. Follow the on screen instructions to reset your password.

What should I do if I have questions regarding my membership account?
If you have any questions regarding your membership account, please email us at club@imperialtreasure.com

How do I terminate my membership?
Member may choose to terminate their membership at any time before the expiry date by writing in to us at club@imperialtreasure.com. Kindly be advised that there will be no refunds made and/or early issuance of any unused e-vouchers at the point of termination. Alternatively, your membership will automatically expire upon non-renewal of membership, and all balance i-dollars and/or unused e-vouchers will be deemed forfeited

 


Membership Types 

What are the types of membership?
There are 3 membership types - Silver, Gold and Diamond.

How to be a Silver / Gold / Diamond member?
To become a Silver member, you can sign up with S$88 online or at any participating restaurants.
To become a Gold member, existing members need to accumulate qualifying spend of S$10,888* and above within the membership year to qualify.
To become a Diamond member, existing members need to accumulate qualifying spend of S$28,888* and above within the membership year to qualify.
*Qualifying spend is calculated before service charge & GST.

How to retain my membership status?
To maintain as a Silver member, simply renew your membership with a $38 renewal fee.
To maintain as a Gold member, simply accumulate qualifying spend of S$10,888 within the membership year to renew your membership status.
To maintain as a Diamond member, simply accumulate qualifying spend of S$28,888 within the membership year to renew your membership status.

How do I know the expiry of my privileges?
To check the expiry dates of your privileges, simply log in to the member’s portal and view the details reflected under the ‘Vouchers’ section.

Why should I register my details at Imperial Treasure Club?
Registering your details at members.imperialtreasure.com will enable your birthday e-voucher to be validated. In addition, you will also receive the latest news on upcoming members’ promotions, rewards, invitations to events and more!

How do I identify myself as an Imperial Treasure Club member?
To identify yourself as a member, simply provide your NRIC/FIN/Passport to our service staff.

How do I enjoy my complimentary treats? 
For redemption of Bordeaux Wine and Champagne, it will only be available after Chinese New Year period.
For redemption of Peking Duck, one (01) day advance order is required and available at all participating restaurants except Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisine, Imperial Treasure Fine Shanghai Cuisine and Imperial Treasure Steamboat.
For redemption of Suckling Pig, one (01) day advance order is required and available at all participating restaurants except Imperial Treasure Fine Shanghai Cuisine and Imperial Treasure Steamboat.
For redemption of seasonal items, it will only be available during related festive periods.
Members who qualify for the complimentary treats will receive an email notification closer to the festive periods for their redemption at participating restaurants. Member must be physically present (proof of identification required) in order to redeem any membership privileges.

Can I as a corporate customer enjoy corporate discount with the Imperial Treasure Club membership?
No, corporate discount is not eligible for use together with the Imperial Treasure Club membership. Corporate customers can only choose either corporate discount or the Imperial Treasure Club membership for each receipt.

Can I enjoy my Imperial Treasure Club membership privileges in another country where there is an Imperial Treasure restaurant?
The Imperial Treasure Club membership privileges are currently available for participating restaurants in Singapore only. For overseas privileges, please follow us to receive the updates in 2017.

Is my Imperial Treasure Club membership transferrable?
No. Membership is not transferrable.




Earning & Redemption of i-dollar (i$)

How do I earn i-dollar?
Earn i$1 (“i-dollar”) for every S$10* spent on total bill at participating restaurants. (*Exclude service charge, prevailing government taxes,e-vouchers and purchase of Imperial Treasure dining vouchers and festive items). Member must be physically present (proof of identification required) at the point of dining. The system may require up to one (01) working day to reflect the transactions, e-vouchers and i-dollar earned. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to earn i-dollar is strictly not allowed. i-dollar accrued shall expire upon expiry of membership. Upon renewal of membership, any i-dollar accrued shall be brought forward to the next membership year.


How do I redeem my i-dollar?

For every i$50 earned, members will automatically receive* a $50 Cash e-voucher valid for use within the membership year. Members can use the $50 cash e-vouchers to offset their bills when dining at any participating restaurants. Member must be physically present (proof of identification required) at the point of dining in order to redeem any membership privileges. Member is required to sign off on the receipt to acknowledge the redemption(s) made. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to redeem membership privileges is not allowed.
(*System automatically converts balance i-dollar at a stipulated time daily)

Can I redeem my i-dollar for online purchases made at the e-store?
No. Earning and/or redeeming of i-dollar is only available for purchases made at the participating restaurants, unless otherwise specified.

Will my i-dollar expire?
Yes. i-dollar is only valid during the membership period and will expire once the membership expires. Any unused i-dollar will be forfeited. To retain your i-dollar, simply renew your membership before it expires. 

Would my i-dollar be reflected immediately once I make a purchase?
Yes. The system will reflect the i-dollar earned instantly, but do allow for time lapses that may be caused by any delays in the network during unforeseen circumstances.

Can I use multiple membership accounts to earn i-dollar and redeem membership privileges?
No. Combining multiple membership accounts to earn i-dollar or redeem membership privileges is not allowed.

Can I split my bill to earn i-dollar and/or redeem membership privileges?
No. Splitting of bill to earn i-dollar and/or redeem membership privileges is not allowed.

Can my family and friends earn i-dollar or redeem i-dollar if I am not present?
No. Members must be present in order to enjoy the membership privileges.




Renewal

How do I renew my membership?
Renewal of membership can be done via the member’s portal at members.imperialtreasure.com
Alternatively, you can renew your membership at any participating restaurants (coming soon!).

How much is the renewal fee?
You can renew your membership for S$38 nett. Upon renewal, you will receive 1 X S$50 Renewal e-voucher (valid for 3 months from date of issue of new membership cycle) and 1 X S$100 Birthday e-voucher (valid during birthday month with minimum spend of S$280 in a single receipt).

Can I renew my Imperial Treasure Club membership before the expiry date?
Yes. You can renew the membership within 1 month of expiry and the new membership cycle will commence from the original expiry date.

如何支付会员费?
对于在参与餐馆注册,可以直接在柜台付款。对于在线注册,可以使用Visa,万事达卡,Paypal,eNets和Amex(即将推出)进行付款。

 

会员的有效期是多久?
会员有效期为自注册月份起的12个月。例如:如果注册于2016年8月17日,则会员资格将于2017年8月31日到期。

 

在哪里可以检查我的会员到期日?

申请成为会员的最低年龄是多少?
顾客需要年满18岁才能申请成为会员。

如何终止我的会员资格?
会员可以选择在失效日期之前的任何时间通过书信电邮至club@imperialtreasure.com联系我们以终止其会员资格。请注意,在终止时将不会退款和/或提前发放任何未使用的电子礼券。另一种方式是让您的会员资格自动失效,所有积分和/或未使用的电子礼券将被视为放弃使用。

会员级别分三种:银,金和钻石。

如何成为银,金或钻石级会员?
成为银级会员,在线注册或者在任何参与餐馆以88新元注册。
要成为金级会员,会员需要在会员年份内累积有效消费达10,888 *新元或以上。
要成为钻石级会员,会员需要在会员年度内累积有效消费达到28,888*新元或以上。
*有效消费金额不包含服务费和消费税。

如何保留我的会员资格?
要维持银级会员资格,只需支付38新元的续期费。
要维持金级会员资格,只需在会员年份内累积有效消费达10,888*新元或以上,即可续保会员资格。

如何领取赠送礼品?
波尔多葡萄酒和香槟礼品能在指定参与餐馆领取。顾客将收到电子邮件通知,以便在参与餐馆领取礼品。

北京烤鸭礼品能在参与餐馆领取除了御寶潮州酒家,御園及御寶火鍋店外。需要提前一天预订。

烤乳猪礼品能在参与餐馆领取除了御園及御寶火鍋店外。需要提前一天预订。

季节性礼品 (年糕,粽子,月饼)只能在相关节日时领取。符合享受赠送礼品的会员将在节日来临之际收到电子邮件通知,以便在参与餐馆领取礼品。


作为一个企业客户,公司折扣能不能与会员优惠并用?
不可以。公司折扣不能与会员优惠一起使用。企业客户只能在公司折扣或会员优惠二者选其一。


会员能不能在海外的御寶分馆享有优惠?
会员优惠目前只限参与的新加坡餐馆。对于海外会员优惠的更多信息,请跟随御寶的官方面簿以在 2017年收到最新信息。

会员资格不可转让。

如何赚取i-dollar
在参与餐馆每消费10 *新元(单账单内)便可赚取1积分.会员必须在场并交付账单以赚取i-dollar。
(*不包括服务费,消费税, 电子礼券,购买御宝餐券和季节产品)


如何使用积分?
对于每赚取 50积分,会员将自动收到* 50元的现金电子礼券(只限会员有效期内使用)。 会员可在任何参与餐馆用餐时使用现金电子礼券抵扣账单。会员必须在场并交付账单以兑换会员优惠。

可以在电子商店在线购物赚取和使用积分或电子礼券吗?
不能,除非另有规定。

我的i-dollar会过期吗?
会的。i-dollar只在会员期间有效,一旦会员资格到期,i-dollar也将过期。 任何未使用的i-dollar将被作废。要保留您的i-dollar,只需在会员过期前给会员资格续费。


每次消费后,我的i-dollar会立即显示出来吗?
会的。系统将即时显示赚取的i-dollar。除非在网络延迟导致的情况下,请允许些时段让系统显示所赚取的i-dollar。


可以使用多个会员帐户赚取和兑换i-dollar吗?
不可。


如果我不在场,我的家人或朋友可以使用我的会员优惠赚取或者兑换i-dollar吗?

如何为我的会员资格续费?
会员续费可以通过会员专属网页member.imperialtreasure.com。
会员也可以在任何参与餐馆完成会员资格续费。


会员资格续费是多少?
38新元。一旦续费成功,会员将收到一张50元的续期电子礼券(有效期为会员更新身份的3个月内)和 1 X S$100 生日电子礼券 (适用于单笔消费满280新元或以上,只限生日月份使用)


可以在会员资格有效日期前续会员资格吗?
可以。您可以在到期前1个月内续订会员资格,新会员资格周期将从原来的到期日开始计算。
