What is the Imperial Treasure Club?
Imperial Treasure Club is a cardless loyalty programme that allows members to enjoy exclusive privileges and rewards whenever they dine at any participating Imperial Treasure restaurants. For membership privileges, refer to the link here

How do I become a member of Imperial Treasure Club?
You may register online at members.imperialtreasure.com. Alternatively, you can sign up at any participating Imperial Treasure restaurants.

Which are the participating restaurants in Singapore?
Membership privileges are only valid in Singapore at participating Imperial Treasure restaurants.

What are the fees to become a member of Imperial Treasure Club?
The membership fee is S$88 nett.

How do I pay for the membership application?
For sign ups at the participating restaurants, payment can be done at the counter. For online sign ups, payment can be done using Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and PayNow.

What is the validity of the membership?
The membership is valid for 1 year from the date of sign up. E.g. If the registration is made on 17 August 2022, the membership will expire on 16 August 2023.

Where can I check the expiry date of my membership?
You may log in to the members' portal to check the expiry date of your membership.

What is the minimum age that I can apply as an Imperial Treasure Club member?
Customers need to be above 18 years of age to apply as an Imperial Treasure Club member.

Where do I update my personal particulars?
To update or view your personal particulars, please log in to your account via the members’ portal at members.imperialtreasure.com and click on “Profile”. For assistance to update your date of birth, kindly write in to [email protected].

How do I check my i-dollars, e-vouchers and other rewards?
You may log in to members.imperialtreasure.com to check your membership privileges and rewards balance.

What if I forgotten my password?
To reset your password, visit the members’ portal at members.imperialtreasure.com and click on “Forgot Password”. Follow the on screen instructions to reset your password.

What should I do if I have questions regarding my membership account?
If you have any questions regarding your membership account, please email us at [email protected]

How do I terminate my membership?
Member may choose to terminate their membership at any time before the expiry date by writing in to us at [email protected]. Kindly be advised that there will be no refunds made and/or early issuance of any unused e-vouchers at the point of termination. Alternatively, your membership will automatically expire upon non-renewal of membership, and all balance i-dollars and/or unused e-vouchers will be deemed forfeited.

Membership Tiers 

What are the membership tiers?
There are 3 membership tiers - Silver, Gold and Diamond.

How to be a Silver / Gold / Diamond member?
To become a Silver member, you can sign up with S$88 online or at any participating restaurants.
To become a Gold member, existing members need to accumulate the qualifying spend of S$10,888* and above within the membership year to qualify.
To become a Diamond member, existing members need to accumulate the qualifying spend of S$28,888* and above within the membership year to qualify.
*Qualifying spend is calculated before service charge & prevailing government taxes.

How to retain my membership status?
To maintain as a Silver member, simply renew your membership with a S$38 renewal fee.
To maintain as a Gold member, simply accumulate the qualifying spend of S$10,888* within the membership year to renew your membership status.
To maintain as a Diamond member, simply accumulate the qualifying spend of S$28,888* within the membership year to renew your membership status.
*Qualifying spend is calculated before service charge & prevailing government taxes.

What will I get when I sign up for the Imperial Treasure Club membership?
Upon completion of registration, you will receive:

• 2 x S$50 Sign Up e-vouchers (valid for 3 months)
• 1 x S$100 Birthday e-voucher (valid only during birthday month with a minimum spend of S$280 (before service charge & prevailing government taxes) in a single receipt)
• 1 x Wagyu Beef (1 portion) e-voucher (valid for 12 months, redeemable only for dine-in at any Imperial Treasure Steamboat Restaurant)
• 1 x Tiger Garoupa (1 portion) e-voucher (valid for 12 months, redeemable only for dine-in at any Imperial Treasure Steamboat Restaurant)

What are the membership privileges? 

How do I know the expiry of my privileges?
To check the expiry dates of your privileges, simply log in to the members' portal and view the details reflected under the "Vouchers" section.

Can I combine the e-vouchers for redemption?

Why should I register my details at Imperial Treasure Club?
Registering your details at members.imperialtreasure.com will enable your S$100 Birthday e-voucher to be validated. In addition, you will also receive the latest news on upcoming members’ promotions, rewards, invitations to events and more!

How do I identify myself as an Imperial Treasure Club member?
To identify yourself as a member, simply provide your mobile number to our service staff.

How do I enjoy my complimentary treats? 
Red Wine may be redeemed at all participating restaurants except Treasures Yi Dian Xin.
Champagne may be redeemed at all participating restaurants except Treasures Yi Dian Xin.
Peking Duck may be redeemed at Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine (Marina Bay Sands) and Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck (Asia Square) only, an advance order of one (01) day is required.
Suckling Pig may be redeemed at Imperial Treasure Fine Chinese Cuisine, Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck, Imperial Treasure Fine Teochew Cuisine (ION Orchard) and Imperial Treasure Cantonese Cuisine only, an advance order of one (01) day is required.
Seasonal items are only available for redemption during the respective festive periods.
Members who qualify for these items will receive an email notification closer to the festive period for their redemption at participating restaurants. Member must be physically present (proof of identification required) in order to redeem their privileges.

Can I as a corporate customer enjoy corporate discount with the Imperial Treasure Club membership?
No, corporate discount is not eligible for use together with the Imperial Treasure Club membership. Corporate customers can only choose either corporate discount or the Imperial Treasure Club membership for each receipt.

Can I enjoy my Imperial Treasure Club membership privileges in another country where there is an Imperial Treasure restaurant?
The Imperial Treasure Club membership privileges are currently available for participating restaurants in Singapore only. For overseas privileges, please follow us to receive updates.

Is my Imperial Treasure Club membership transferrable?
No. Membership is not transferrable.

Earning & Redemption of i-dollar (i$)

How do I earn i$?
Earn i$1 for every S$10* spent at participating restaurants (*excludes service charge, prevailing government taxes, e-vouchers and purchase or use of Imperial Treasure dining vouchers and festive items). Member must be physically present (proof of identification required) at the point of dining. Requests on i$ accumulation for previous or backdated receipts will not be entertained. The system may require up to one (01) working day to reflect the transactions, e-vouchers and i$ earned. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to earn i$ is strictly not allowed. Balance i$ accrued shall expire upon expiry of membership. Balance i$ accrued is however granted a grace period of three (03) months upon expiry of membership and must be converted to a S$50 Cash e-voucher within the grace period, otherwise be deemed forfeited.

How do I redeem my i$?
For every i$50 earned, members will automatically receive* a S$50 Cash e-voucher valid for use within the membership year. The $50 Cash e-voucher can be used to offset the bill when dining at any participating restaurants. Member must be physically present (proof of identification required) at the point of dining in order to redeem any membership privileges. Member is required to sign off on the receipt to acknowledge the redemption(s) made. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to redeem membership privileges is not allowed.

Can I earn i$ or redeem membership privileges for online purchases made at the e-store?
No. Earning of i$ and/or redeeming of membership privileges are only available for purchases made at participating restaurants, unless otherwise specified.

Will my i$ expire?
Yes. i$ earned is only valid during the membership period and will expire once the membership expires. Balance i$ will be brought forward for a grace period of three (03) months upon expiry of membership and must be converted to a S$50 Cash e-voucher within the grace period, otherwise deemed forfeited.

Will my i$ be reflected immediately once I make a purchase?
Yes. The system will reflect i$ earned instantly, but do allow for time lapses that may be caused by any delays in the network during unforeseen circumstances.

Can I use multiple membership accounts to earn i$ and redeem membership privileges?
No. Combining multiple membership accounts to earn i$ or redeem membership privileges is not allowed.

Can I split my bill to earn i$ and/or redeem membership privileges?
No. Splitting of bill to earn i$ and/or redeem membership privileges is not allowed.

Can my family and friends earn i$ or redeem membership privileges if I am not present?
No. Members must be present in order to enjoy the membership privileges.

Can I earn i$ or redeem membership privileges for orders made via GrabFood, Deliveroo, FoodPanda or order.imperialtreasure.com? 
No. Earning of i$ and redemption of membership privileges are not eligible for orders made via third party platforms such as GrabFood, Deliveroo, FoodPanda or order.imperialtreasure.com.

Renewal

How do I renew my membership?
Renewal of membership can be done via the members' portal at members.imperialtreasure.com. Alternatively, you can renew your membership at any participating restaurants.

How much is the renewal fee?
You can renew your membership for S$38 nett.

How do I renew my Gold/Diamond membership?
Accumulate a total spend of at least S$10,888* and above (Gold) or S$28,888* and above (Diamond) within the current membership year to qualify for an automatic renewal upon the expiry of the current membership cycle.
*Qualifying spend is calculated before service charge & prevailing government taxes.

What will I get when I renew my Imperial Treasure Club membership?
1 x S$50 Renewal e-voucher (valid for 3 months from date of issue), 1 x S$100 Birthday e-voucher (valid only during birthday month with a minimum spend of S$280 (before service charge & prevailing government taxes) in a single receipt) and 3 x S$30 Steamboat Soup Base e-vouchers (valid for 12 months, redeemable only for dine-in at any Imperial Treasure Steamboat Restaurant) will be credited to your account in the new membership cycle.

Can I renew my Imperial Treasure Club membership before the expiry date?
Yes. You may renew your membership via the members' portal at members.imperialtreasure.com within 1 month of expiry and the new membership cycle will commence from the original expiry date.

如何支付会员费？
对于在参与餐馆注册，可以直接在柜台付款。对于在线注册，可以使用Visa，万事达卡和 eNets进行付款。

会员的有效期是多久？
会员有效期为自注册月份起的1年内。例如：如果注册于2019年8月17日，则会员资格将于2020年8月16日到期。

在哪里可以检查我的会员到期日？

申请成为会员的最低年龄是多少？
顾客需要年满18岁才能申请成为会员。

如何终止我的会员资格？
会员可以选择在失效日期之前的任何时间通过书信电邮至[email protected]联系我们以终止其会员资格。请注意，在终止时将不会退款和/或提前发放任何未使用的电子礼券。另一种方式是让您的会员资格自动失效，所有积分和/或未使用的电子礼券将被视为放弃使用。

会员级别有那些？
会员级别分三种：银，金和钻石。

如何成为银，金或钻石级会员？
成为银级会员，在线注册或者在任何参与餐馆以S$88注册。
要成为金级会员，会员需要在会员年份内累积有效消费达S$10,888 *或以上。
要成为钻石级会员，会员需要在会员年度内累积有效消费达到S$28,888*或以上。
*有效消费金额不包含服务费和消费税。

如何保留我的会员资格？
要维持银级会员资格，只需支付S$38的续期费。
要维持金级会员资格，只需在会员年份内累积有效消费达S$10,888*或以上，即可续保会员资格。
要保持钻石级会员资格，只需在会员年份内累积有效消费S$28,888*或以上，即可续保会员资格。
*有效消费金额不包含服务费和消费税。

如何证明自己是会员？
只需在参与餐馆用餐是，向我们的服务人员提供您的手机号码便可。

如何领取赠送礼品？
红酒礼品能在指定参与餐馆领取除了宝 一点心。顾客将收到电子邮件通知，以便在参与餐馆领取礼品。
香槟礼品能在指定参与餐馆领取除了宝 一点心。顾客将收到电子邮件通知，以便在参与餐馆领取礼品。
北京烤鸭礼品能在参与御宝轩以及御宝至尊烤鸭店领取。需要提前一天预订。
烤乳猪礼品能在参与餐馆领取除了御園，御宝火锅店及宝 一点心外。需要提前一天预订。
季节性礼品 （年糕，粽子，月饼）只能在相关节日时领取。符合享受赠送礼品的会员将在节日来临之际收到电子邮件通知，以便在参与餐馆领取礼品。

作为一个企业客户，公司折扣能不能与会员优惠并用？
不可以。公司折扣不能与会员优惠一起使用。企业客户只能在公司折扣或会员优惠二者选其一。

会员能不能在海外的御寶分馆享有优惠？
会员优惠目前只限参与的新加坡餐馆。对于海外会员优惠的更多信息，请跟随御寶的官方面簿收到最新信息。

会员资格是否可以转让？
会员资格不可转让。

赚取与兑换积分

如何赚取i-dollar（i $）？
在参与餐馆每消费S$10 *（单账单内）便可赚取1积分. 会员必须在场并交付账单以赚取i-dollar。i$赚取必须在买单时进行积分赚取。之前或过期的单据一律不被接受积分赚取。一旦会员资格到期，i-dollar（i $）也将过期。未使用的i-dollar（i $）将享有3个月的宽限期。会员必须在宽限期成功转换为现金礼券，任何未使用的i-dollar将被作废。（*不包括服务费，消费税, 电子礼券兑换，购买或使用御宝餐券和季节产品）

如何使用积分？
对于每赚取 50积分，会员将自动收到S$50*的现金电子礼券（只限会员有效期内使用）。 会员可在任何参与餐馆用餐时使用现金电子礼券抵扣账单。会员必须在场并交付账单以兑换会员优惠。（*系统每天在规定的时间自动转换积分余额）

可以在电子商店在线购物赚取和使用积分或电子礼券吗？
不能，除非另有规定。

我的i-dollar会过期吗？
会的。i-dollar（i $）只在会员期间有效，一旦会员资格到期，i-dollar（i $）也将过期。未使用的i-dollar（i $）将享有3个月的宽限期。会员必须在宽限期成功转换为现金礼券，任何未使用的i-dollar将被作废。

每次消费后，我的i-dollar会立即显示出来吗？
会的。系统将即时显示赚取的i-dollar。除非在网络延迟导致的情况下，请允许些时段让系统显示所赚取的i-dollar。

可以使用多个会员帐户赚取和兑换i-dollar吗？
不可以。

如果我不在场，我的家人或朋友可以使用我的会员优惠赚取或者兑换i-dollar吗？
不可以。会员必须在场以享受会员优惠。

可以通过 Grabfood、Deliveroo、Foodpanda 或 order.imperialtreasure.com 赚取i-dollar（i $）或使用电子礼券吗？
不可以。

如何为我的会员资格续费？
会员续费可以通过会员专属网页members.imperialtreasure.com 也可以在任何参与餐馆完成会员资格续费。

会员资格续费是多少？
续费为S$38。

如何为我的金/钻石会员资格续费？
只需在会员年份内累积有效消费达S$10,888*或以上（金级会员）或S$28,888*或以上（钻石级会员），即可在有效期后自动续保会员资格。

续费成为会员可以享受什么优惠？
会员将在新的会员有效期收到一张S$50的续期电子礼券（有效期为会员更新身份的3个月内), 1 X S$100 生日电子礼券 (适用于单笔消费满S$280或以上,只限生日月份使用）和 3 X S$30火锅汤底电子礼券(有效期12个月)。

可以在会员资格有效日期前续会员资格吗？
可以。您可以在到期前1个月内续订会员资格，新会员资格周期将从原来的有效期日开始计算。
